01

Indoor becomes investable

In October 2025, ICARO Media Group announced the acquisition of European elevator-media company LiftMedia for $15 million. The deal matters beyond its price: it identifies indoor DOOH as a recognised acquisition category.

Elevator and lobby networks combine physical access, recurring audience moments and centrally managed content. When those elements work together, the asset is more than a collection of screens.

02

Technology multiplies utility

Connected software can coordinate delivery, verify plays and support contextual creative across many properties. Privacy-conscious intelligence can add useful planning signals without turning shared spaces into surveillance environments.

The operating discipline remains as important as the platform. Every screen depends on a property relationship, a suitable position and reliable maintenance.

03

The relevance for Bulgaria

The transaction validates the category, not any single local forecast. DA!media is developing a Bulgarian indoor network from a pre-launch position, with zero installed screens today.

The founding opportunity is to shape that network early: properties can discuss participation, and advertisers can pre-book first campaigns at a founding discount for delivery after installation.
