2. Website Use

3. Advertising Services — Advertiser Terms

3.1 Campaign Booking

All advertising campaigns are subject to a formal booking agreement between the advertiser and DA' Media OOD. Campaign bookings become binding upon written confirmation from DA' Media and receipt of applicable payment or purchase order.

3.2 Creative Specifications

Advertisers are responsible for supplying creative materials that comply with DA' Media's technical specifications, which are provided upon campaign booking. DA' Media reserves the right to reject creative materials that:

• Do not meet technical specifications
• Contain content that is illegal, misleading, offensive, or inappropriate for public display
• Violate third-party intellectual property rights
• Have not been approved by relevant regulatory bodies where required

3.3 Campaign Performance

DA' Media provides impression delivery guarantees as specified in individual campaign agreements. In the event of technical failure resulting in significant under-delivery, DA' Media will provide make-good impressions or a pro-rata credit at its discretion.

3.4 Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual campaign agreements. Standard terms are 30 days from invoice date. Late payment may result in campaign suspension.

3.5 Cancellation

Cancellation terms are specified in individual campaign agreements. Generally, campaigns may be cancelled with 14 days' notice prior to start date without penalty. Cancellations within 14 days of campaign start date may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Building Partner Terms

4.1 Partnership Agreements

Building partnerships are governed by separate exclusive access agreements signed between the building owner/manager and DA' Media OOD. These agreements typically have a duration of 3–5 years and include specific terms regarding screen placement, maintenance responsibilities, and partner benefits.

4.2 Free Advertising Benefits

Building partners receive free advertising slots across the DA' Media network and a free daily advertising slot on their building's own screens, as specified in their individual partnership agreement. These benefits are subject to:

• The partnership agreement being in good standing
• Creative materials meeting DA' Media's technical and content specifications
• Availability of suitable inventory (network-wide free slots are subject to commercial availability)
• DA' Media's standard creative approval process
• Advance booking of minimum 5 business days for network-wide campaigns

DA' Media reserves the right to modify the free advertising benefit terms with 60 days' written notice to affected partners.

4.3 Screen Installation and Maintenance

DA' Media is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and operation of all screens placed under partnership agreements. Building partners agree to:

• Provide reasonable access for installation and maintenance
• Not interfere with or obstruct the screens or their operation
• Notify DA' Media promptly of any damage or technical issues
• Not allow third parties to place competing advertising in close proximity to DA' Media screens

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of DA' Media OOD or its licensors and is protected by Bulgarian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our express written permission.

The DA' Media name, logo, and brand marks are trademarks of DA' Media OOD. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DA' Media OOD shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this website or our services
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunity
• Inaccuracies or omissions in website content
• Technical failures outside DA' Media's reasonable control

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the relevant service contract.
